Creating an Account
Agreement to Terms
By registering and creating an account in the Affiliate Program, the Partner automatically consents to all provisions outlined in the current version of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to comply with them unconditionally.
Terms Modifications
The Affiliate Program (AP) management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice or approval from the Partner. The latest version, as published on the AP's official website, is binding, and it is the Partner's responsibility to stay updated on changes.
Eligibility
Only individuals who are at least 18 years old may register an account in the Affiliate Program.
Registration Process
During registration, the Partner must provide their contact details through official communication channels. The Partner is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the information and must promptly inform the AP of any changes. The AP may request additional details if necessary.
Account Limitations
Partners are permitted to register only one account in the Affiliate Program. However, the AP management may allow multiple accounts for the same Partner under specific personal arrangements.
Credential Security
Partners are solely responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. Sharing login details with third parties is strictly prohibited.
Termination of Cooperation
The AP reserves the right to terminate cooperation with any Partner at any time and without explanation. Partners may also choose to pause or completely end their participation in the Affiliate Program at their discretion.
Prohibition of Self-Referral
Partners are not allowed to use their Affiliate Program account to register personal accounts in AP projects via their referral links. Such actions are deemed fraudulent and will result in the immediate suspension of all Partner accounts within the AP and related projects, with forfeiture of any unpaid earnings.
Promotional Materials and Traffic Sources
Transparency in Referral Methods
The Affiliate Program reserves the right to request details from the Partner regarding their methods and sources for attracting referrals. Failure to comply with such requests or refusal to provide information will be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Permissible Traffic Sources
- Email Marketing (Email)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Advertisements on the Partner’s Website (text or graphical content)
- Search Engine Marketing
- Contextual Advertising
- Targeted and Teaser Advertising
Prohibited Actions
- Misleading potential New Players by promoting non-existent bonuses, promotions, or offers within AP projects.
- Utilizing branded traffic to attract New Players.
- Targeting advertising towards audiences below the legal age of 18.
- Encouraging potential New Players to create multiple accounts.
- Making false claims about guaranteed winnings.
Consequences of Violations
- Immediate termination of the Partner’s participation in the Affiliate Program, with no option for reinstatement.
- Forfeiture of any unpaid Income.
Key Financial Statements
Income Dependency
The Partner’s earnings depend on the active tariff plan, the brand (project) they promote, and their efforts in attracting referrals.
Payment Frequency
Payments to the Partner's balance are made twice per calendar month.
Tariff Plans
Partners can earn through Revenue Share, CPA, or Hybrid CPA models:
- Upon registration, Partners are automatically enrolled in a 40% Revenue Share model with a step-based tariff that adjusts based on the number of First Depositors (FD) during the billing period:
- 0-5 FD: 40%
- 6-20 FD: 45%
- 21-50 FD: 50%
- 51-100 FD: 55%
- 101+ FD: 60%
- CPA Tariff Transition: Active Partners may request a CPA tariff on custom terms, subject to the verification of referral traffic quality.
Payment Systems
Partners can choose their preferred payment method for receiving Income, including USDC, Litecoin, Capitalist, Bitcoin, USDT, Cardano and Dogecoin. Transaction fees apply depending on the chosen payment method.
Minimum Payment Thresholds
Payments are only processed if the Partner’s balance exceeds:
- $20 USD for most methods.
- $100 USD for cryptocurrency.
- No limit applies to the maximum payout amount.
Transaction Fees
A processing fee of up to 5% may be deducted, depending on the selected payment system.
Inactive Partner Status
Partners who attract fewer than 10 New Depositors in the last three months receive a reduced Revenue Share rate of 5%. Exceptions apply for Partners with intermittent traffic who negotiate personal terms with the project manager.
Negative Balances
If the total winnings of referred Players exceed their deposits, the Partner's balance may be negative. Negative balances are not carried over to the next month but will apply within the same calendar month between reporting periods.
Reporting Periods
Earnings from Casinos are combined, so if "Casino 1" earned $200 and "Casino 2" had a negative balance of $150, the total earnings would be $50.
Each calendar month is divided into two reporting periods:
- 1st-15th and 16th-end of the month (28th/29th for February).
Payments for a positive balance are processed within 10 working days after the end of a reporting period.
Payment Delays
If payment details are not provided, funds will remain on the Partner’s balance until the required information is submitted. Payments may also be temporarily suspended due to suspicious referral activity or pending traffic quality checks. No fixed timeframe is established for resolving such suspensions.
Alternative Payment Systems
The Affiliate Program may process payments through a different payment method than the one selected by the Partner.
Responsibility and Dispute Resolution
Operational Limitations
The Affiliate Program does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free functionality of its platform or website. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, restoration, or technical issues.
Error Handling
Issues such as failure to collect statistical data, payment distribution errors, or inaccuracies in calculating Income may result in corrective financial adjustments to the Partner's account.
Fraudulent Player Actions
If Players referred by the Partner engage in fraudulent activities, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to deduct funds from the Partner's balance as compensation for financial losses incurred by AP projects.
Partner Misconduct
If the Partner causes financial, reputational, physical, or other harm to the Affiliate Program or its projects, their account will be blocked, and Income earned during the last Reporting Period will be forfeited.
Content and Traffic Responsibility
The Affiliate Program is not liable for the actions of the Partner or the content used in their traffic sources.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between the Partner and the Affiliate Program will be resolved by the AP staff. Decisions made by the Affiliate Program employees are final and cannot be appealed.
